The previous Nashua branch had closed amidst the pandemic, with plans to relocate to a property they purchased on Broad St. in Nashua. The new location sits on a busy intersection near a bustling shopping center. Granite State Credit Union recently went through a brand refresh exercise resulting in a fresh and modern logo that honors the beauty of the New Hampshire landscape.
With the new rebranded design, heightened service has been prioritized. Interactive teller machines (ITM’s) are amongst the many features that help to shape the customer experience. Important goals for Granite State Credit Union were to:
- Carry their new logo and branding elements throughout the branch.
- Give an elevated experience for members.
- Emphasis on creating a space that cultivates employee success.
