Greeted by the team as “Mr. HEALY!,” with all suitable pomp, Marc is known to be a positive force of nature in the office. After graduating from Western Washington University with a degree in Business and a concentration in Finance, Marc proceeded to leap right into leadership positions. Marc applies his 30 years experience in banking operations and retail management to help our clients deliver the best branch experience. While he loves going to the South Caribbean on a cruise ship, Marc loves creating and encouraging teamwork. This is his “element:” being involved with a group of individuals that are focused in on one goal, learn from each other, and have the drive and passion needed for maximum productivity and ultimately, success.

Rick is known as one of those people who prefer morning flights that take off before the sun. When he is not flying to and from the Element office, Rick enjoys a good walk in the park near his Miami apartment, or a vacation in the Caribbean. After graduating from Rockford University with a Bachelor’s in Business and Finance, he completed his Masters in Banking at University of Wisconsin-Madison. During his career, Rick has overseen the design and build for headquarters, entire retail estate networks, diversification operations, and corporate restructure. Rick finds his “element” in his home city through visiting great restaurants or enjoying a night out. He emphasizes the importance of always taking the time to do the right thing.

When she is not hard at work serving a client’s vision, Laura can be found in her happy place, which is relaxing up at the lake or resting on any ocean beach, and shuffling tunes from the 70’s, 80’s, and 90’s. Laura holds a Master of Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University, and Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Wentworth Institute of Technology. Her career since has allowed her to share her expertise traveling extensively to meet clients, qualifying vendors across the United States and Europe, as well as managing and leading design, project management, and print production teams. At the forefront of many of Element’s larger projects, Laura brings valued perspective, insight, and creativity to the design process. She is most “in her element,” when she spends time with her husband and two daughters, who are 21 and 18 respectively. Throughout her work, Laura has focused on ensuring that the client understands the design process, and that their goals are fully achieved.

While he is busy deciding whether his favorite vacation spot is Maui or the Uinta Mountains, Mac is probably helping his wife, Angie, corral their six boys. Having graduated from Weber State University with a degree in Sales and Construction Management, Mac has worked within the branch development space for over twenty-five years all across the country. Throughout his career, he has helped redefine ways of providing consumer-centric service and kickstart new, innovative branch prototypes. Mac’s work as an account executive pairs well with his mission statement. He is always seeking “to build relationships of trust and radiate my passion for helping people.” Mac is “in his element” whenever he is with his family. He loves coaching baseball, playing golf, barbecuing, and playing games with them; really, any chance he gets to simply hang out with them. His favorite quote speaks for his lifestyle.

Katelynd enjoys running, boating on Sebago Lake, and doing yoga; while she does so, she can often be found listening to Modest Mouse, Beck, and Solange. A graduate of Arizona State University, she majored Design Management with a minor in Business Administration. Since then, she has worked in many different marketing and sales leadership positions, and as a project manager of a multi-million-dollar product line. As a testament to her passion for customer focused product development, Katelynd earned an Insights for Innovation certificate from IDEO U. Katelynd’s “element” consists of taking evening strolls with her husband, two children, and dog. Her quote is reflective of her mindset which is centered on the principles of stepping outside of one’s comfort zone, challenging themselves to see what they can accomplish if they just take the leap.

When he is listening to “Positive Vibrations” by Bob Marley, Grant is most likely relaxing in the Virgin Islands. Grant holds a B.S. in Public Relations and Communications from Utica College of Syracuse University. Grant spent twenty-five years in the luxury hospitality market, for which he was a top sales producer and member of the Four Seasons Hotel & Resorts’ President’s Club. He also holds a captain’s license from the U.S. Coast Guard. Grant is someone who prizes family integrity and compassion. He is “in his element” when he feels positive and centered. His favorite quote reflects his focus on finding balance.
David has over 35 years’ experience in all aspects of bank operations and IT, and has served various banking institutions ranging from medium to large regional banks with global ownership. David enjoys camping, boating, and traveling, as well as spending time with friends and family (especially his oldest son and family who live in Hawaii).

When he is not golfing, skiing or relaxing with family, William is hard at work ensuring that the Company he co-founded continues to thrive. After studying at Utica College, William began his career in the design build industry. His twenty-six years experience has equipped him with extensive upper-level knowledge in finance, sales, design, build, merchandising, and digital. William wants to see The Element Group continue to grow, become “top-of-mind” for clients and prospects, increase in size and national physical presence, and grow its employee base, sourced from the industry’s best. A man who is consistently “in his element,” William’s favorite quotes are a testament to the way he lives his life and runs the Company.

Jenn is always active, whether it is picking up paddle boarding, working at Element, bringing her daughter to gymnastics, or obstacle-course race training. A graduate of Bryant College, now University, Jenn holds a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Computer Information Systems. Throughout her career, Jenn has had the opportunity to work as a network design engineer, a proposal specialist, and a furniture coordinator. Jenn is “in her element” when she is hanging out with her husband, Mitch, and her daughter, Morgan. Her favorite place to vacation with them is Frenchman’s Bay in Hancock, ME. Greg provides the full professional package throughout all stages of conception, construction, and completion to the clients he works with. Having graduated from Ball State University, Greg has over twenty-five years of experience in the fields of retail design and project management. When he is not on-site, Greg is “in his element” when he is traveling and enjoying local restaurants with his wife, hanging out with his daughter Julia, and really any chance he gets to spend time with family.

Hey Alexa! No not that Alexa, the real one. While the office software might get confused, there is no confusing the two. Despite having heard that joke a million times, Alexa laughs each time; even her son Silas has a plate with “Alexa, where’s my lunch?” on it. Having earned her B.S. in Interior Design from Newbury College, Alexa has worked for many years as an Interior Construction Project Manager and applies her design and project management skills here at Element. This helps her provide outstanding client experience through a collaborative, internal work environment. The life of the party, Alexa’s “element” can be found when she is playing with Silas, hosting, enjoying good wine with friends and family, and listening to the Beach Boys. Ready to handle anything that comes her way, Alexa’s favorite quote is from the beloved television show, Friends.

Based on one of his favorite songs, “Happy Birthday,” it would seem that Dean is always ready to celebrate. He graduated with an Associates in Business from New Hampshire College. Ever since then, he has focused on listening to the customer and has provided sixteen years of service to the financial industry through construction implementation and five years as a bank’s VP of facilities. Other favorite songs include “While You Still Can,” by the Brother’s Osborne and “Chill Out” by John Lee Hooker. Dean’s “element” is when he is riding his motorcycle.

It is all about perspective with Carol. An experienced photographer, she has received many awards for her work and can often be found walking backroads with her camera to capture that unique shot. Carol graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology with a BFA in Photography. A woman of many trades, she has worked on the family farm, in the newspaper industry, at print shops, at a winery, and at a type-house just to name a few. Her career has taken her through the shift from traditional printing pieces to the EGD that is seen in institutions today; her experience in the world of imagery and graphic design, has made her a strong advocate for large graphics, as she feels that they truly transform and bring life to the space. Carol’s photography background further emphasizes the lens that she applies to life. She believes in the importance of being truthful, kind, following through with commitments, working hard, bringing people joy, making an impact, and of bringing beauty into the world. This mentality she applies to whatever she does, whether it is sitting on the porch with her cat or laughing with friends. Carol’s “element” is simply being present and seeing every moment for what it is.

Scott can usually be found enthusiastically talking about marketing strategy. However, if Scott ever goes missing, chances are he is wakeboarding or water skiing, accompanied by his wife and two dogs. Scott is a graduate of Quinnipiac University and holds a B.S. in Marketing. His work experience ranges from time in the food and beverage, software manufacturing, and publishing industries. Additionally, he holds multiple certifications in the fields of in-bound, content, and digital marketing, as well as in graphic design. Scott is most “in his element” anywhere that there is water; however, if there is no water to be found, then anywhere his favorite artists, None Shall Pass, Preservation, and Modern Man’s Hustle, are playing. Proactive in his approach to everything, Scott creates opportunity and firmly believes in the motto that “hope is not a strategy.”

Skilled in natural horsemanship, Brian is a highly accomplished woodworker in addition to being a highly credited designer. Having graduated from RISD in Architecture and Industrial Design, Brian became a member of the American Society of Interior Designers and passed the National Council for Interior Design Qualification Exam. His career has led him to design and build multiple museum exhibits, earn three awards for Millwork Design as recognized by Globalshop, win a Steelcase furniture design competition, teach design and implementation at the Colorado Institute of Art, woodwork for artisans, renovate and add to his house and farm, and work as an interior and architectural designer for the financial industry. A self-professed perfectionist, Brian enjoys putting 110% into each project, wanting to interpret and anticipate his client’s needs with a unique a personal spin. Brian’s “element” encompasses his woodworking, walks on the beach, cooking, and landscaping projects.

A lover of life, Judy balances work with hobbies such as skiing, boating, reading, relaxing, and watching movies. When she is not exploring the world, having traveled to Hawaii, Switzerland, Greece, and Hungary, to name a few, she can be found serving her community as a board member to a condo association and on her town's Economic Development Committee. She has a degree in Communication Design from International Fine Arts College; combined with her hospitality, retail, management, and graphic design expertise, she is skilled in understanding and anticipating clients' needs. Ultimately, she is proudest to hold the title of "best mom out there," as awarded by her daughter. Her life motto is based on treating others the way she would like to be treated, smiling all the way, being confident, and laughing, not only loudly, but also at one’s own self due to the shortness of life. Judy is "in her element" with those whom she loves, Judy's motto serves as a parallel to her favorite quote.

Walk into his office and Nate is often listening to a combination of Skillet, Switchfoot, and Need to Breathe. Accompanied by his many journals, Nate is constantly brainstorming. Even at his favorite vacation spot in Captiva, Florida, he is writing down new ideas, oftentimes with the help of his wife, Lisa, and daughter, Bryn. After Bridgton Academy, Nate graduated from the University of New Hampshire into a career observing and spanning multiple industries. Nate uses his experience in sales and communications to find innovative and creative retail and technologically based solutions for the variety of institutions serviced by The Element Group. Nate is especially proud of the way Element has pulled together through the years to support its employees through thick and thin. Nate’s “element” is focused on forward thinking and engagement with a company’s strengths; evidence of his days as a college athlete seen in the sports analogy found in his favorite quote.
With over 25 years' experience in the financial, investment, and retail design industry, Bob brings a broad range of insights and expertise to any client engagement. He has directed innovative programs for national financial institutions including SunTrust, M&T Bank, and Bank of America. Bob has focused more of his attention on branch transformation opportunities and often challenges the assumptions of the past or the “quick fix” proposals sold today.

Stephen is always ready to answer any question. Focused on maintaining and ensuring quality in everything he does, Stephen believes that “exceeding expectations” is the way to go. He wants to deliver the highest quality product possible and has had years of industry experience pointing to the success of his method. Stephen attended Utica College, and holds a B.S. from DeVry University and an M.S. in Information Technology from Keller Graduate School. He has spent his career developing software for businesses at the front of their industry, as well as earning the A+, Net+, MCP, MSDST, VCP, WatchguardOne, and Sharp WCD certifications. Stephen’s “element” is in problem solving; “When you can look at a problem, solve it, and also find a slightly better way to do it.” His methodical approach to quality shines through his favorite quote.

If Steely Dan or Leon Bridges is playing in the office, Jade is the most likely culprit. When she is not cruising through the Bahamas, she can be found belly laughing with her friends and family, which of course, includes the dog children. Having received a BFA in New Media from University of Maine-Orono, Jade is an experienced professional in the fields of promotional branding, screen-printing, custom banking signage and printing, as well as some freelance web and graphic design. Jade’s “element” is whenever she gets to spend time with people. Always willing to help, Jade demonstrates the values that she appreciates: communication, honesty, and quality.

Troy is the person keeping the numerous digital screens utilized by Element and its clients organized and functioning. Troy holds a B.S. in Marketing from Emerson College. He has always loved troubleshooting equipment and finds great satisfaction in applying his knowledge to fix issues with the technology and get it working again. Troy is “in his element” whenever he can surround himself with family and friends. He believes: “if something is worth doing, it’s worth doing well.” This mission statement is at the core of his favorite quote.

For Lauren, design is like a puzzle that needs to be fit together; it is the harmony which makes the pieces click and synchronizes the space with the people who will use it. A graduate of Endicott College, Lauren holds a BFA in Interior Architecture and a minor in Business Administration. While she was there, she completed her senior thesis on researching and formulating a design solution for airport inefficiencies and choreography. Additionally, she completed four internships where she gained experience working with public facilities, healthcare, educational environments, in residential environments, commercial settings, senior living, and multifamily residences. Her creative approach has followed her to The Element Group, where she has the opportunity to work directly with clients, collaboratively pushing spatial limitations through her designs. While at Element Lauren completed her certification to become a LEED Green Associate. When she is not working, Lauren is “in her element” skiing, hiking, playing tennis, or whenever she gets to relax with friends and family, either at the beach or in Outer Banks, North Carolina. She believes in the importance of continuing to learn from others and keeping an open mind through any and every opportunity. Her go-to quote echoes this growth mindset.

“When will Julia notice?” is a running joke in the Element office. Extremely focused, Julia’s noise canceling headphones, allow the rest of the Element staff to think of creative ways to get her attention. Julia holds a B.F.A in Graphic Design from MassArt, and she has since worked to help businesses rediscover and finetune their brand identity and create unique digital and touch experiences. Julia’s “element” is wherever and whenever she gets to travel and cook; her favorite place to do so, would have to be the town of Banff, Alberta, Canada. She believes that the details matter. Interestingly enough, her favorite quote finds its roots in innovation, with a British car designer who worked for the Morris Minor Company and went on to design the Mini.

An artist first, Chris can be found creating and animating cartoons both for fun and at work. A recent graduate, Chris joined The Element Group after earning his degree in Digital Arts with a focus in Animation from Northeastern University. Before becoming a full-time employee, Chris interned at Element and worked as a freelance animator and musician. Currently, he remains very active in the animation and music community, helping to run animation collaborations and competitions involving one hundred plus participants. When he is not “in his element” animating, or producing music on Spotify, Chris enjoys listening to Mac Miller and Drake while vacationing in Nassau, Bahamas. His mission statement is a strong reminder to just go for it, Chris states: “If you make art, you’re not an aspiring artist: you are an artist! The same goes for any other industry, don’t let anything hold you back.” His advice would be to take chances.

On the go and in the know, Becky can often be found playing cribbage with her husband, volunteering for charity, or cruising through the southern Caribbean, listening to the Hamilton soundtrack. A wealth of information, Becky graduated from Cornell College. Since then, she has been using her twenty plus years in the accounting field to keep Element running smoothly. Not only that, but her experience in engineering, retail design, and technology has been key in growing the work that Element does to translate a retail environment to a financial institution. She loves to travel, and is “in her element” when she is on the road on the way to visit family, a testament to her favorite quote.

In the winter, Pamela and the rest of the Foley clan are hitting the ski slopes. Pamela studied marketing at Simmons College before beginning a career in sales and marketing with a destination/event management company in Vail, CO. Upon returning to the East Coast, she began working in the educational publishing industry for fifteen years, and now she applies her skills to Element’s internal management and business development teams. When there is no snow to be had, Pamela can be found “in her Element” on a beach, soaking up the sun. Pamela wants to practice the art of continual learning, of being present in every moment, of listening, and learning to assist in any way that she can. Her favorite quote speaks to her goals.

Lezlee just so happens to live in one of her favorite vacation spots, the other being Maui, Hawaii. As a Political Science major, Lezlee graduated from UMass Amherst and has been working in the fields of research, office management administration, fundraising, and now construction administration for Element. She also works tirelessly to ensure that client visits are of the highest quality. Lezlee’s “element” is whenever she is at the beach; it does not matter if she is swimming, reading, listening to Sara Bareilles or The Script, or spending some quality time with her family. She lives by the motto of being kind.
