Our initial Discovery Questionnaire addresses brand attributes, which provide valuable insight into how we can implement your brand identity across your existing (and future) locations. This phase includes defining your credit union or bank branding strategy based on three personas that help dictate your brand’s value: customers/members, executives, and employees.

  • Once we receive the completed questionnaires, the Element team will coordinate in-house ideation “brainstorming” sessions with your team to help us better understand your brand vision, positioning, competition, and marketing and strategic goals.
  • With inspiration and information gathered during the creative workshops, as well as market research and network analysis, our team will begin the process of transforming your bank brand strategy into tangible concepts.

design

After the brainstorming phase, it’s time to start creating. Our design process includes alignment with our other service offerings to amplify your credit union or bank’s brand identity.

  • We'll begin with concept development and presentation(s) to your team. Multiple logo design and color palette options will help establish a direction moving forward.
  • We'll develop a refined version of the brand concept, which may include subtle variations.
  • Upon concept approval, Element’s design team will finalize logo development and design strategy.
  • Concurrently, Element will develop a branch retail concept to translate your new brand into your physical environment.
  • Beyond setting the tone with logo design and brand colors, Element’s design experts will curate interior, environmental, and graphic design elements tailored to bolster your credit union or bank branding strategy.

The final deliverable will include a Brand Standards document that supports your vision, values, and mission statement and will serve as a brand guideline going forward.
