PROJECT OVERVIEW Reading Time: < 1 minute

a focus on members and community

Denali Federal Credit Union serves more than 70,000 members, with assets exceeding $650 million. Their mission is to help members achieve financial success.

Some of the key features of this branch are the interactive Kids Zone, open Internet stations, casual waiting in front of the 9-screen, and a 24 Hour Zone where clients can meet with their bankers in their office. The area in front of the 9-screen serves multiple purposes for the branch, from internal conference meetings to community involvement and brainstorming.

the challenge

leveraging full service capabilities

It was important that Denali Federal Credit Union catered to small business clients’ needs. The Element team achieved this by creating an entire small business center with computer and printing resources, a video conferencing room, and coffee (of course). Since Element is a full service provider of retail integration with a specialty in the financial services and digital industry, we were able to bring in architects and local construction teams, as well as deliver promotional solutions.

every bit matters

Element was given the opportunity to transform a completely blank concrete slate into an eye-catching, interactive, and welcoming branch. Through the use of floor patterns, dropped ceiling fixtures, lighting, furniture, and millwork we achieved a cohesive, inviting space for endless interaction and banking opportunities. One of the most prominent architectural features of the space is the arbor over the 9-screen, which is mirrored and expanded over the 24 Hour Zone hallway. This was created out of glass panels to help the two areas feel connected.
