PROJECT OVERVIEW Reading Time: < 1 minute

functionality meets aesthetic appeal

Idaho Central Credit Union in Rexburg, Idaho, came to Element with a desire to modernize their community-centric credit union, in which the demographic skewed collegiate. Element’s signature design for this space was tech-forward, including touchscreens, video walls, a virtual reality experience, and a 3D printer to serve as a community resource. This branch was built on the fundamentals of dynamic technology engagement, with a deep dive into cutting-edge credit union technology. The result exceeded the goal of serving the needs of a younger demographic.

the challenge

a physical and digital transformation

This space required a buildout, fixtures, furnishings, graphics, digital elements, ITMs, and ATM install, and virtual reality capabilities. The Element team also implemented digital content programming. The client’s team visited with the Element team at the Portsmouth, NH headquarters to collaborate on the concept and build the initial partnership — a true team approach from start to finish.

every bit matters

a space designed for today and tomorrow

Modern, clean lines and the easy access to technology were the priority in this design-build project. Idaho Central Credit Union is located in a standard box unit of space in a retail plaza, so choreography was important for intuitive traffic flow throughout the footprint. Lots of glass allows for ease of visibility from curbside to interior. The design fosters engagement with technology at every angle, from the ITMs, to the digital displays, 3D printer, and virtual reality station.
