The Project Manager must be knowledgeable of all stages of the design/ build process–from scope development through project close out. He or she will oversee projects for Element clients, responsible for the overall direction, completion, and successful outcome of every project. Responsibilities shall include the delivery of architectural drawings, bidding, permitting, and implementation of projects for the financial industry.
