interior design internship program
Element’s Interior Design internship program offers a multi-faceted experience where creative and technical skills are used in a project-based environment.
Primary Duties
Essential job functions or duties of this position are as follows:
- Support the design team throughout each project phase
- Assist with presentation materials for clients
- Produce detailed architectural CAD drawings
- Conduct site visits for field measurements and documentation
- Generate 3D renderings utilizing multiple software programs
- Conduct furniture and material research, selection, and ordering
- Maintain the interior design/architectural library
Qualifications & Skills
- Must be a junior or senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in interior design
- Coursework or experience in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design
- Must have a well-designed portfolio and resume
- Must have a well-designed portfolio and resume
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Windows, and Mac OS
- Creative mindset with a positive attitude
- Self-starter, able to meet deadlines and go the extra mile
