A new ground up branch for Popular Bank’s Florida market

When Element was approached by Popular Bank and tasked to execute a cutting-edge and engaging branch transformation, we knew exactly what they needed. With over 50 locations and their flagship location located on Madison Avenue in New York City, we knew we had to go above and beyond to also deliver engaging customer experiences in their Florida market. This branch was a complete ground up build that features interactive touch screens, abstract video walls, and digital signage throughout.

We created a design that could scale so that the Popular Bank brand identity would stay true and committed to their goals. In addition to the design build components of the project, the Element Group helped identify ideal locations to construct additional  branches in places that are better suited to their target demographic, and where their customers are located.

Popular Bank of the future

In order to achieve their branch of the future goals, Popular Bank has committed to working with Element on all 51 branch projects throughout the United States. Element’s team has created a design that can scale with the signature elements so that their brand identity stays true and committed to their goals. In addition to the design components of the projects, Element helps construct branches in places that are better suited to the Popular Bank demographic, and where their customers are located.

Reaching customers in new ways

Popular Bank was previously known as Banco Popular. Many prospects assumed that the bank served only the Hispanic population, but their demographic reach has expanded well beyond that. Popular completed a rebrand in the Winter of 2018 and Element was alongside to change out graphics, ATM surrounds, digital signage, and all of the other signature elements that needed to reflect the new branding.
