on any digital touch screen, brochures and other downloadable items are literally at the tips of consumer fingers. Any information found on the screen can be formatted into a downloadable file, ready for their perusal. Easy for the branch to customize, this program allows consumers to save and send information to themselves for later review. To do so, they enter an email address or a preferred form of contact information desired by the branch. This give and take of information creates a symbiotic relationship between the financial institution and the consumer. They [the consumer] receive pertinent and organized information, while the institution receives valuable data that can be used to aid, improve, or redesign the current marketing strategy.
