Another

information gathering service, the Seminar Sign-up feature enables the digital touch screen to advertise for upcoming events, connect it directly to a digital landing page, and provides an area for the consumer to sign up, right then and there.

Already an easy solution for data display, this service can be connected to the Brochure and Application Download feature. This system partnership allows the consumer to either refresh their memory of a potential event, or one they previously signed up for.

In this sign-up portal, the branch can customize the data that they collect. Data examples include: name, email, address, member/customer or not, number of years with the financial institution (if applicable), and level of interest in institution or event. The branch also has the option to insert a promotional giveaway as a thank you for signing up. This gives consumers the option to collect some free swag, keeps the branch on their mind, and provides branch representatives the opportunity to create dialogue.
