Digital signage stays on, no sick days, no vacation, no personal days. It is there to educate your clients all day long and even after your hardworking employees go home in the evening. As long as there’s power, the digital screens are displaying your message in the branch. Create a pleasant customer experience during working hours, and after hours. Digital Signage makes sure your bank or credit union stays engaged with your clients, even when closed.

Digital Signage allows employees to free up time to focus on cross-selling in-branch visitors additional products and services. Your screens can even be used to answer commonly asked questions and always providing consistent replies. A common frustration we hear from clients is getting different answers to the same questions; but with digital signage, every visitor will receive the same answer, no matter what screen they engage with. Digital Signage provides an opportunity to run a leaner staff, focused on servicing clients and providing an engaging experience.

The most important factor of digital signage is adaptability and to serve clients. It is an educational tool to inform customers about fraud protection tools, important scam information, but can instantaneously change to important news and messaging. It is an adaptable tool, that can be utilized during these times, especially for time sensitive information. It is necessary for keeping clients and employees safe. The goal for digital signage during these stressful times should be to provide information and keep a positive environment and experience for the clients. Not everyone can work from home, so now it is a crucial tool to communicate with onsite employees and consumers. It is a vital source of information with little effort.
