order processor
Ideal for an organized individual with a high attention to detail. Element’s Order Processor will review orders, input them into our shipment system, and process the orders to ensure the shipment is fulfilled properly and delivered on time. You will collaborate with carriers to coordinate pick-up and delivery, monitor delivery dates, keep track of inventory levels, and order more supplies when necessary. You will also communicate daily with our sales team to update them on the status of client orders.
Manage administrative responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Review daily shipment log
- Input orders into CommonSKU
- Create shipping paperwork for outbound deliveries
- Track shipments and update master list
- Handle any issues or discrepancies with shipments
- Communicate delivery updates with sales team
- Monitor inventory and order more supplies when necessary
- Print and log incoming vendor invoices on weekly basis
- Review vendor invoice amounts against purchase orders and contract values
- Scan and log approved invoices and process for accounting
- Maintain vendor database
- File relevant documentation in Box (file server)

Education and Experience
