As co-founder, Nate Baldasaro is constantly brainstorming, drawing upon his 30 or so years of experience in sales and communications to find innovative, creative, and tech-based retail solutions for Element clients. Nate is passionate about engaging each client’s unique strengths throughout their design-build project, and is frequently found jotting down ideas in one of his many journals.
