The Element Group Appoints Marc Healy as Executive Director of retail & Marketing

Portsmouth, New Hampshire The Element Group is thrilled to announce that Marc Healy will be joining the Company as the new Executive Director of Retail & Marketing.
Before joining Element, Healy served as the Assistant Vice President of Retail Sales and Branch Operations at Desert Financial Credit Union, and was responsible for a 26-branch network. Prior to DFCU, he held leadership roles in Retail/Branch Sales, Call Center, Product & Channel Management and Operations at credit unions and banks within the Seattle, WA and Phoenix, AZ markets. Marc has over 31 years experience in banking with 29 of those years in leadership roles at credit unions and banks ranging in asset size from $5 billion to $85 billion.
