Portsmouth, NH Project Manager
The Project Manager is responsible for the successful management of the design, planning and construction of financial institution new builds, renovations and remodels, and in-store branches. This position is based in Portsmouth, New Hampshire.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and implementation of projects; design through construction close out
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously as assigned by manager
- Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Define project tasks and resource requirements
- Develop full scale project plans
- Assemble and coordinate project staff and vendors
- Manage project budget and resource allocation
- Plan and schedule project timelines
- Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
- Provide direction and support to project team
- Quality assurance
- Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders.
- Present reports defining project progress, problems, and solutions
- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs, project evaluations and assessment of results
- Territorial travel as required
Relationships:
- Facilitate weekly status/progress meetings to review and provide updates for projects.
- Establish effective working relationships with all functional units of the Company, customers, and colleagues
Knowledge and Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel)
- Ability to read and understand construction plans and documentation
- Smartsheet knowledge
- Excellent oral and written communication skills throughout all project phases
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills as well as detail oriented
- Team oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Education and Certifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 Years Construction Management Experience
