The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the strategy, tactics, and programs to create interest, demand and brand awareness for The Element Group and its products. This position is responsible for assisting with the planning, organizing, management and execution of all marketing functions to achieve the company objective of sales, growth, profitability, and visibility while ensuring a consistent marketing message and positioning across the spectrum of today’s marketing channels. In summary, will assist in all the following areas while potentially leading and taking ownership with certain ones:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Implementation of marketing campaigns that meet business objectives and drive leads
  • Support market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data for short- and long-term forecasts
  • Work closely with Account Executives and departments to align sales and marketing strategies
  • Maintaining brand standards and ensure compliance across all marketing channels
  • Identify competitors and evaluate their strategies and positioning and devise counter strategies
  • Build long term, collaborative relationships with employees, departments, and clients

 

Essential job functions of this position will be assisting the Marketing department in the following areas:

  • HubSpot Strategy, Tactics, and Implementation
  • Website Administration and Growth
  • Social Media Presence

knowledge and skills:

  • Proficient in HubSpot
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Excellent people skills, team participation and team-based problem solving
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills as well as detail oriented
  • Team oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • Ability to write, coordinate and execute email marketing campaigns
  • Experience executing social media campaigns on platforms like Twitter and LinkedIn

knowledge and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) or relevant experience
  • HubSpot certification
